Due to circumstances having everything to do with the brave new world in which we find ourselves, our latest album, Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky, is temporarily unavailable on iTunes. While our fleet of expert web monkeys resolve this situation, please feel free to buy the album HERE ON OUR WEBSITE.
This problem is only temporary, and will be rectified as soon as possible.
Yesterday we played a short acoustic set at Maker Faire. Underwater. More or less. This video of the experience made its way onto Gizmodo, so we thought we’d post it here as well. Feel free to link to any other videos or photos in the comments section.
Big thanks to the Waterboy crew for making this possible.
Big, late breaking news for tomorrow, dear fans and friends:
We will be participating in the Creative Allies concert webcast on Monday, May 24th at 6pm PT / 9pm ET with the fantastically talented Amanda Palmer. WILL YOU JOIN US? We hope you will.
They are also running a contest where you get a chance to design the USB drive we’ll be selling on our Fall tour… Submit a design here. And see our existing USB drives here for inspiration.
Here are a few clips from our appearance last night on the Colbert Report. Our apologies if the clips are not viewable from your country. Sadly, the Internet is still like that. If anyone has links to non region-blocked clips, please post them in the comments!
Hey folks, we’ve teamed up with the good people at Streamjam and will be presenting a free, live video stream of our April 29th concert right here on our website. This stream will take place in Streamjam’s futuristic, avatar driven animated world. We don’t claim to understand it, but it’s free and you get to wander around a make-believe world wearing make-believe clothes watching a real life OK Go concert, so how bad can it be? The stream will include both opening acts, The Tangents and Anamanaguchi, and will be viewable at the link below starting at 9pm ET, Thursday April 29th:
We just can’t get enough of these. We now have them up on our site, all in one place, for your viewing pleasure.
Click through the image below to actually watch them.
And we are always looking for more, so don’t be shy and get involved!
Dear London: we recorded the show last night, but the USBs didn't arrive in time to sell at the gig. Sorry! They'll be on our site soon.11:21:03 AM July 29, 2010from HootSuite
